Wine

Bec Hardy Wines Pertaringa Tipsy Hill Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the Tipsy Hill Vineyard, named after the rare and fragrant Tipsy Imperial Concubine rose that grows on the property.

The vineyard, located in Blewitt Springs in McLaren Vale, is set high on a hill in ancient soils: perfect for growing Cabernet Sauvignon. After open fermentation and two weeks on skins, the wine matures in 50% new French oak hogsheads for 20 months.

Red purple, Bec Hardy Wines Pertaringa Tipsy Hill Cabernet's blue and black berry flavours and fine, powdery tannins persist through to a long finish. Cellaring potential is 15 years.
